Through Talorim LLC I advise SMEs on structure, tools and IT, and take on management and administration so their teams can focus on the work that earns. Before relaunching Talorim, I spent nearly 14 years in international field missions: fleet and transport operations with EUMM Georgia (2009–2018), ceasefire monitoring with the OSCE in Ukraine (2018–2022), and vessel inspections with UNODC in Istanbul under the Black Sea Grain Initiative (2022–2023), where I introduced paperless, e-signature-based document workflows.
