Gedevanishvili & Co
Integrated the agency's Microsoft products with Zoho CRM and set up the sync between them, so clients, emails and calendars stay consistent across both.
02 · REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
NCD – New City Development
Implemented Zoho CRM together with the 3CX phone system, bringing calls, leads and customer records into one place.
03 · TRAVEL
Traffic Travel · Skitour.ge
Developed and launched Traffic Travel's online presence, including Skitour.ge — a dedicated site for its winter tours.

K&B Logistics LLC · Kadimax
Developed a plan for expanding the company's operations and assisted with the launch and development of Kadimax, a driver-hailing service.

I'm based in Tbilisi and lead Talorim Group as founder and managing director. Through Talorim LLC I advise SMEs on structure, tools and IT, and take on management and administration so their teams can focus on the work that earns.
Before relaunching Talorim, I spent nearly 14 years in international field missions: fleet and transport operations with EUMM Georgia (2009–2018), ceasefire monitoring with the OSCE in Ukraine (2018–2022), and vessel inspections with UNODC in Istanbul under the Black Sea Grain Initiative (2022–2023), where I introduced paperless, e-signature-based document workflows. Talorim runs on the same principle: one shared system for ERP, CRM, communications and finance across every company in the group.
